Grant to the king's yeoman John Spaldyng of Cirencestre who, at the time when he was with the king on his last journey against the Welsh rebels was outlawed on a plea of debt at the suit of Robert Cotiller of Cirencestre, by which all his goods to the value of 20s. were taken into the king's hands by the escheator in the county of Gloucester as forfeited, of all the said goods to that value, provided that he answer for any surplus.
